About Helena
I've spent more than a decade at some of the fastest-growing tech companies in the world - Dropbox, Twilio, Stripe and Personio - building operating models, running complex cross-functional programmes, and partnering with CEOs and executive teams on their hardest challenges.
Along the way, I realised the part I loved most wasn't the spreadsheets (though I like those too) but the problems we were solving. I thrive in the rough and tumble of a complex project, or when helping leaders find clarity when things feel messy. I've helped colleagues and friends make big career moves and maximise their impact in their new environment.
That's what led me to train as an executive coach with the British School of Coaching, and to start building this practice.
